    What is PIKE?


    PIKE is simply a nickname used when referring to The Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, and also when referring to initiated members. The Fraternity is a Greek letter, secret, college, social fraternity, founded in 1868 at the University of Virginia. Pike is a brotherhood which is comprised of scholars, varsity athletes, campus leaders, and social gentleman.

  • Pi Kappa Alpha at the University of South Florida:    

     

    The Zeta Pi Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha was chartered at USF on March 1st, 1968, making Zeta Pi one of three Centennial Chapters of the International Fraternity. Since the chartering of Zeta Pi, PIKE has always striven to remain the premier student organization at the University of South Florida.

  • Zeta Pi chapter includes varsity athletes and student leaders, contributes numerous hours of community service, annually contributes money towards philanthropy, hosts various social events with Sororities and other organizations, and consistently finishes Top-3 in Intramural sports. Since the chapter’s founding in 1968, Zeta Pi has dedicated itself to establishing a tradition of excellence that will guide the chapter, Fraternity, university and community well into the 21st century.
